Wainui occupies 106 acres of rolling Kentucky bluegrass. The main barn has 20 large stalls and is undergoing renovations and additions.
The main all-weather jumping arena lies to the north of the barn and adjoins grassed areas and wide lanes with an open cross-country schooling area.
Between this arena and the barn is a grass jumping arena which was formed last year and has recently been seeded.
The large round-pen and matching Equi-Gym with their impressive conical roofs sit to the south of the main barn. A hedge-rowed free-jumping arena is on the "jobs list" to be built beside these structures.
The second surfaced arena is now in place and operational, and while primarily intended for dressage work, is large enough for jumping purposes.
Four large pastures and numerous small and medium sized paddocks provide ample grazing to keep horses happy and healthy.
