Cole is a finer built TB with a refined head and a small star. He has a very quiet temperament and is a consistent, kind ride. Cole has a very athletic, tidy and scopey jump and a soft loose movement that catches the eye. His understated demeanor belies his athleticism.
Cole has excellent ground manners and is easy to trailer, handle, hold, etc. He’s easy to hack and ride. He's probably the quietest and easiest horse we have on the farm that's not over 20. He may well prove to be an upper-level superstar, but he would be just as happy competing at a lower level.
He started his competition career in 2018 finishing 6th at novice at Spring Run at his first event. More recently he had a fifth-placing at the Hagyard event in October 2019. In 2020, he has already had a Novice and two Training level events.
He needs another Training (maybe two given the shut-down) before we expect he'll move up to Prelim. And as can be seen in the slide-show, he has considerable scope - more than enough to go much further.
